Those of you who already know me are well aware that I like to prattle on about how you should be taking your Vitamin C and/ or Zinc.

Vitamin C and Zinc enhance immune function. When you are taking this vitamin and this mineral, you reduce the chances of you getting sick.

Vitamin C also reduces inflammation in rosacea skin or red faces and in acne. It speeds healing for acne skin. And it’s a proven anti aging rock star.
